E! Online reports that Sienna Miller is suing The Sun and News of the World for publishing photos of her topless on the balcony of an Italian apartment during intimate moments with Balthazar Getty, who is married with four children.

Balthazar Getty, who has denied reports of a romance between him and Sienna Miller, both before and after the incriminating images were leaked, has just admitted that he and his wife have separated after the photo scandal, thus, fueling accusations of Siena Miller being a homewrecker.
