Britney Spears Baby Sis Bares Breast

Someone is trying to sell a picture of Britney Spears’ baby sister Jamie Lynn Spears with her left breast exposed while breastfeeding her newborn baby.

The controversial picture, together with other pictures that include Jamie Lynn in a negligee and doting aunt Britney Spears, are believed to be stolen when Jamie Lynn’s baby’s daddy brought them to Wal-Mart to have them printed (Uhm, dude, buy a printer next time, okay?).

TMZ explains why the incident has merited the attention of the US federal authorities, “Because Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling the pics — or buying them — could constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting child pornography. Peddling pictures of a minor’s breast — even if not taken for sexual purposes — could land the seller and the buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property.”
