Twilight hottie Robert Pattinson, who has sent hordes of female vampire wannabes into a frenzy, heads the Hottest Hunks list, as compiled by Entertainment Tonight for the year 2008.

Following the newest heartthrob is the resident hunk from High School Musical — a basketball player, dancer and crooner by the name of Zac Efron.

Transformers Shia LaBeouf also makes it to the list, as well as football (American and European) wielding sportsmen such as Tony Romo, Reggie Bush and David Beckham
