Sex Offender Wants Case Dismissed for Having Sex with 13 Year Old
Posted by Saucy Sexy on December 3rd, 2008 filed in Sexy News Alert |There’s a good reason why it’s been thirty years since Oscar award winning director Roman Polanski has not set foot on the United States and the United Kingdom. He pleaded guilty to having sex with a 13 year old girl in 1978; and, fearful he would be jailed, Polanski fled the Unites States to settle in Europe, while avoiding a possible extradition from the United Kingdom by steering clear of the territory.
However, the case against Roman Polanski is pending dismissal due to allegations of “a pattern of misconduct and improper communications between the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office and the judge in Polanski’s case.”
Representing Polanski are Chad Hummel and Brad Dalton. Dalton has thorough knowledge of the Polanski case since his father was the one who defended the famous director in the infamous 1978 trial.
