Hudson Slayings Allegedly Due to Jealous Rage

From a person of interest being questioned by the police, prosecutors have now levied a case of first degree murder on three counts against William Balfour, the estranged husband of Jennifer Hudson’s older sister — Julia Hudson.

Prosecutor Luann Snow is confident that the physical evidence and circumstances surrounding the deaths of the mother, brother and nephew of Oscar award winning actress Jennifer Hudson will be ultimately proven to have been executed by William Balfour.

William Balfour allegedly went to the Hudson house on the morning of the day of the murders, where he spied a gift for his estranged wife, causing him to angrily demand Julia Hudson not to date other men. Although he left with Julia Hudson when she went to work, the prosecutors hope to prove that he had ample time and motive to go back to the Hudson residence to commit the killings.

William Balfour, who is now in custody and has been previously arrested for attempted murder, was denied bail.
