Miley Cyrus celebrated her 18th birthday wearing a sexy black leather outfit. During the party, the former Disney star of Hannah Montana was caught in a photo leaning back at the bar while a guy (Nickelodeon Victorious star Avan Jogia) nuzzled her neck while standing in between her limbs.
