Miley Cyrus Music Video Deemed Too Sexy by Parents Television Council

Miley Cyrus continues her crusade to transform from her goody two shoes Hannah Montana image to sexy hotpot, this time through her latest video Who Owns My Heart, which has the Parents Television Council in an uproar. Gossip Cop reports.

Tim Winter of the Parents Television Council watchdog group is slamming the risque clip for “Who Owns My Heart,” a slick single from Cyrus’ new album, Can’t Be Tamed.

“It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one,” says Winter. “It sends messages to her fan base that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point.

“Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fan base so rapidly.”
